LONGINES

Based at Saint-imier, Switzerland since 1832, Longines watchmakers enjoy an expertise steeped in tradition, elegance and performance. Longines has been a brand synonymous with the world of sports and its elegance timepieces through generations as the world’s leading watchmaker, and 2017 marks the 60th anniversary of its first Flagship. Flagship Heritage – 60th Anniversary 1957-2017 was made to commemorate the occasion, and the face of the timepiece was chosen by Longines Ambassador – Kate Winslet. Available in steel, yellow gold or rose gold, the numbered timekeepers house an L609 mechanical calibre in its 38.5mm case. The steel versions are limited to 1,957 pieces while both the gold versions are limited to 60 numbered pieces respectively. Some notable features include the 42-hour power reserve, sapphire crystal with multi-layered anti-reflective coating, flagship stamped on the case back, water resistance up to 30m and its hands coated with Super-luminova®. The brushed silvery dial is also adorned with eight indexes and four Arabic numerals, in yellow or rose gold colours.
