Cast
They’re generally longer because they create faster ball speeds, greater forgiveness and a higher flight. The larger heads can inspire more confidence at address.
They can sound ‘clicky’ and it can be harder to improve how you play with them as they mask the poor strike. They often come with poorer shafts because they’re at the cheaper end of the spectrum.
Go for cast if you want more distance and don’t need to ‘feel’ the ball on the face.
