Oakley®, one of the leading product design and sport performanc­e brands in the world with more than 800 patents, has opened a new retail destinatio­n in Singapore, Marina Bay Sands. After opening the first Oakley Flagship store in New York in 2015, the brand is excited to bring Oakley’s passion to Singapore via a physical retail location.

Oakley celebrated with a showcase of a wide range of apparels, accessorie­s and

exclusives plus exciting demonstrat­ions highlighti­ng the brand’s products and innovative technologi­es. Together with Oakley ambassador­s, sports enthusiast­s and Oakley lifestyle lovers, the store was buzzing with enthusiasm and passion for the brand.

Oakley ambassador­s, national sailors Ryan Lo, Cecilia Low and Kimberly Lim and pro-triathlete Anna Eberhardt shared their Oakley experience and how the Prizm technology has helped them in their sports journey with the clearest vision possible.

The Oakley space will feature a sleek modular layout, displays and branding for a high-tech and innovative feel, highlighti­ng the brand’s products and technologi­es that appeal to sports performanc­e, active and lifestyle consumers.

“We want to provide a high-tech concept store where you can explore the world of Oakley, a symbol of innovation and

performanc­e,” says Alessandro Medi, Regional Director Retail South East Asia, Luxottica. “The store is the start of a journey for our customers to immerse themselves in the universe of Oakley, a brand that embodies sport performanc­e, technology and aesthetics, and a brand that is worn by the world’s leading athletes while competing at the highest level.”

Located in Marina Bay Sands, an iconic integrated resort in Singapore, the store features an extensive lifestyle and performanc­e offering, including apparel, accessorie­s and eyewear such as optical glasses, sunglasses and goggles. The performanc­e collection includes products for golf, cycling and running and more.

In-store, customers can also explore the benefits of the brand’s leading lens technology, Prizm – grounded in decades of research, the technology dramatical­ly enhances detail to help improve vision in sport and everyday life.

In addition, the store will continuous­ly carry exclusive and limited edition products. To celebrate the store opening, 20 exclusive pieces of Jeff Staple x Oakley capsule eyewear and the first Oakley destinatio­n products will be available.
