rajasthan /
The Six Senses Fort Barwara hotel is due to open next year in the northwestern Indian state of Rajasthan. The new establishment occupies a fort built in the 14th century, and the Six Senses hotel group has put a mammoth effort into restoring the fort to its original state. Among the structures preserved are the palatial buildings that housed the men's quarters, the women's quarters and the common areas, respectively, and two temples. The Six Senses Fort Barwara will have 48 majestic suites, restaurants, a spa occupying a floor area of 2,800 square metres, and traditional gardens with water features.
