1_ TOM FORD Oud Minérale

Oud Minérale is one of three fragrances in the

Tom Ford Private Blend Oud Wood Collection.

The key ingredients are salty seaweed, pink peppercorn, an oud blend, styrax, ambergris accord and fir balsam. Blended together, their slightly salty notes evoke the ocean, while retaining a masculine, woody scent.

2_ CALVIN KLEIN Obsessed for Men

This eau de toilette echoes the original Obsession. As Calvin Klein puts it, this is “the memory of a past love, triggered by the scent of another on the skin”. The new fragrance has black vanilla at its heart, opening with sweet citrus notes that dry down to a warm spiciness from the vanilla and Ambroxan.

3_ VALENTINO Uomo Acqua

This is a tribute to Italy, this time to the aromatic green of a grove that produces mandarins, citrus fruits and green tomatoes. Sage and patchouli form the heart of the perfume, lending a slightly more elegant feel than its 2014 predecessor. The base ends with notes of leather and iris.

Diptyque introduced the Vetyverio scent in 2010, and has now created a new, enhanced eau de parfum which puts Haitian vetiver at the centre of attention. Top notes of green citrus end in a smoky, woody base of rose, patchouli and vetiver. This is an aromatic, earthy scent constructed for men and women alike.
