It's been 40 years since Paper Moon Italian restaurant opened its doors in the heart of Milan's fashion district and immediately became a magnet for the glitterati. To mark the occasion, the group collaborated with hospitality group 1957 & Co in Hong Kong to open Paper Moon in Harbour City on October 10, with the aim of bringing authentic, unpretentious Italian cuisine to local food connoisseurs. An elite group of celebrities and socialites attended the launch, including Pansy Ho, Yvette Yung, James & Sandy Lee, Cheung Man-yee, Patrick & Isabella Leong, Vinci Wong, Miss Hong Kong 2017 Juliette Louie and many others.
