We all have a desire to reinvent when facing our 30th year, so why should a watch show be any different? In an attempt to instil a sense of discovery and openness, as well as to offer a fresher format to keep up with the ever- shifting market, the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie ( SIHH) has split into two components and been rebranded as Watches & Wonders Geneva in 2020. Watches & Wonders – The Salon takes place as usual at Palexpo, remaining more of a trade show but allowing the public a more in- depth experience, with tickets priced at 300 Swiss francs ( granting access to food and beverage services as well as booths). Running concurrently, Watches & Wonders – In The City takes place at boutiques and venues across Geneva and welcomes the public free of charge. watchesandwonders. com
