Le Mans Classic
A loyal supporter of the Le Mans Classic, Richard Mille has been present since the biennial motorsport event’s inception in 2002, this being its 10th staging. The audacious house of horology, unquestionably forward- thinking in its ethos and designs, has a particular affinity for motorsports and has released special limited- edition watches for each Classic since 2008. The event draws enthusiasts from around the world, who fawn over up to 700 racing cars on track – as well as a further 8,500 that also turn out for the occasion. More than 200 clubs representing 60 brands are involved, with 2020 being particularly special as it marks the 50th anniversary of Porsche’s first victory in the 24- hour race at the circuit. lemansclassic. com
