Hublot
Having pushed sapphire – reportedly the most difficult material to produce – to its limits of colour, Hublot has turned to a material never before used in watchmaking to create an emerald green version of its Big Bang MP- 11 timepiece. SAXEM, which stands for Sapphire Aluminium oxide and rare Earth Mineral, results in a material that’s harder than emerald and more brilliant than sapphire. The fully transparent case houses a manual- winding manufacture calibre with 14- day power reserve. Finished with a sporty rubber strap, this exceptional watch is limited to 20 pieces.
