CELEBRATING INTERBELLUM AT ATLAS

Interbellum was an important period between the two World Wars where important cultural changes took place. It is also this pivotal period that influenced ATLAS’ Head Bartender Jesse Vida and his team to concoct a cocktail menu divided into five chapters, celebrating cultural moments of the era. The first chapter’s standout drink is the Art & Influence, which is a low ABV cocktail infused with jasmine, lemon, and honey. A favourite from the second chapter would be The Boy King, which draws strength from Oloroso sherry, sweet vermouth, aperol, apple cider syrup, and black lemon bitters. As for the other chapters, keep an eye out for must-try cocktails like the citrusdriven Mr. Schulze’s Sour, the silky R.E.M. with its whipped cream and fruity liqueurs, as well as the Soldier’s Song, made up of a non-alcoholic spirit, lemon, and almond syrup.
