Cronin Garden is a redevelopment from the Hong Kong Housing Society located on 18 Shun Ning Road, opened in 1995. Its seven blocks have a combined 728 units, with areas between 491 and 911 square feet. A high-level C unit in Block 3, with a saleable area of 802 square feet, was recently sold to a public housing tenant for HK$8.73 million, premium unpaid, making it the highest price for a premium unpaid HOS flat in Kowloon.
