Kee’s father told him at an early age to try every food that was presented to him. Kee has since spent a good portion of his life honouring that advice and discovering cuisines around the world. It turns out he likes pretty much everything, especially if love and care have gone into preparing a meal, whether it be by an unsung home cook or critically acclaimed chef.
