In a petite space with minimalist interior design and only allowing 24 diners per seating, guests can expect less structured dining options. With a humble handful of dishes, look for refreshing salads on the seasonally driven menu, where numerous local vegetables are introduced, from baby gem lettuce with sardines to pasta with mushrooms. Osborn crafts his new restaurant’s menu with dishes that are simple in description but very satisfying when enjoyed solo or sharing. Natural wines play a central role, with rare finds curated by the team, while service remains warm and attentive.
