Bizou

-

HK$450 per person

Located in the upscale Pacific Place, Bizou is fitted out with white wall tiles and natural wood finishes, providing a comforting and relaxing ambience for a casual dining experience. Although the setup is completely indoors, there are seats that extend from the interior, giving an al fresco feel to the restaurant. The menu offers few surprises, featuring classic American brasserie fare with the likes of crab cakes, burgers, steaks, sizzling grill items and good ol’ New York-style cheesecake. Perfectly breaded on the outside and broiled until golden brown, the crab cake is a crowdpleasing starter, followed by the highly recommended USDA ribeye from the meaty mains, which goes well with sides such as sweet potato fries, mac ’n’ cheese and creamed spinach gratin. For dessert, opt for the key lime pie for a refreshing end to the meal, or the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream for a bit of self-indulgence.
