Tiffin surprises and delights guests from the moment they ascend the stairs to the mezzanine level of the Grand Hyatt. Decked out in floorto-ceiling windows to give a sense of space and appointed with plush armchairs and marbled pillars, the expansive dining room makes for the perfect spot for a laid-back, refined dinner buffet. When it comes to the food, the buffet spread is extensive and varied, with highlights including freshly shucked oysters, beef Wellington and pan-seared foie gras. Each guest is served a whole live lobster, prepared in your choice of cooking style: bouillon-boiled, herb butter-grilled or Thermidor. The desserts are a real treat, with homemade ice creams and pastries to end the meal on a sweet note. A wide-ranging wine list is available, but guests can also opt for the drinks package, which offers a diverse selection of alcoholic beverages, from reds and whites to champagnes and sweet wines.
