Golden Court of Sands Macau has established its reputation as one of the top-notch Chinese establishments in town, with a wide spectrum of dishes on offer. The space is beautifully designed, with red carpeting and furniture within the space. Golden Court excels in the wide range of Cantonese dishes, with some notable seafood show stoppers such as sautéed and fried Macao sole; wok-fried egg whites and milk with bird’s nest and seafood; and deepfried crispy prawns with salted egg yolks. The restaurant’s dim sum selection is impressive and guests can expect perfection in classic varieties and innovative approach with the establishment’s contemporary creations, together with a menu full of Japanese sashimi platters on order. The wine selection is modest at Golden Court, but the restaurant has a good handful of Chinese and Western spirits available for an after dinner tipple.
