Pak Loh Chiu Chow

Pak Loh certainly does Chiu Chow proud with its immense selections of regional delicacies. The restaurant offers classic recipes, but its interior design exudes modern touches in auspicious shades of burgundy throughout the round main dining room. Pak Loh’s menu offerings spans across two disciplines, from assorted meats cooked in the traditional soy sauce-based marinade, to a la carte dishes from seafood stir-fries to warm, homely braises. Pan-fried pomfret fillet rolled with carrot and mushroom comes highly recommended, as are pan-fried baby oyster pancake and sautéed chicken fillet with Sichuan pepper sauce, and double-boiled pork lung soup with almond cream. Save room for desserts and sweet dim sum to round up a sumptuous Chiu Chow feast.
