Wynn Palace’s SW Steakhouse stands out among those in the same league, not just for the variety of aged steaks on offer, but also because of the finesse of the establishment. The steakhouse resides within a space resembling a theatre, as dim lights warm up the ivory tones of the main dining area. Passing by a well-stocked bar that serves reinvented classics (including a few house-special barrel-aged cocktails), guests can start with a cocktail while they select from the broad list of offerings on the menu. The selection of steaks is fantastic, including grain-fed, grass-fed and wagyu steaks, seared to perfection with a nicely charred crust and served alongside the steakhouse’s signature sauces. Side dishes such as truffle macaroni and cheese and Yukon gold mash are perfect with the steaks, too. Staff are attentive, and have a wealth of knowledge for both wine pairing and portion control.
