Joe Villanueva took home T.Dining’s Best New Bar prize last year and he hasn’t looked back since. The bar has gone from strength to strength in the past 12 months, with a tighter menu and even better service. The drinks are inspired by 13th century Spain, with tributes to King Alfonso, and the Bliss Negroni is one such creation that delights: an indulgent combination of black truffle, Nutella, gin, peated Mancino rosso and Amari for a sweet but strong concoction. Sherry also takes precedence here, appearing in cocktails such as the Brined Ricky.
