Established by sake samurai and expert Elliot Faber, this massive space in PMQ is a dream for those who appreciate the iconic Japanese wine and more. With different sections dedicated to showcasing a wide variety of labels from all over Japan, plus extremely covetable glassware, we recommend saving some time to peruse the shelves before settling into the small bar where you can sample a unique array of sake with a selection of small dishes known as otsumami—always order the pickles to whet your appetite. The bar’s rotating featured sakes are seasonally based and every visit will offer something new. Recently the bar has put a greater emphasis on food and sake pairing, with guest chefs presenting everything from ramen to pho to match the quality wines.
