The sky high bar at the top of The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge is one of the most stunning in town, all art deco vibes and wondrous atmosphere courtesy of the live jazz band. With a length bar, heaving gin trolley and plenty of fascinating libations to tickle your fancy, it can be all too easy to spend hours here on the comfortable armchairs, ordering another round. Take your pick from the extensive menu: signature cocktails, barrel-aged cocktails, champagne cocktails and more besides. The food offerings are, naturally, of a high standard given its hotel pedigree, with a whole array of cuisines represented from Latin-style bites (taro chips with mango salsa and garlic mojo) to American classics (wagyu beef sliders).
