Lung King Heen at the Four Sea­sons ho­tel of­fers the quin­tes­sen­tial high-end Can­tonese fine din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence that is also ac­ces­si­ble to new­com­ers to Hong Kong and its style of cook­ing. Clas­sic dishes such as a whole steamed fish can be of­fered in in­di­vid­ual de-boned ver­sions, al­low­ing for a less in­tim­i­dat­ing yet equally de­li­cious ex­pe­ri­ence. The Lung King Heen roast chicken with its crispy skin and juicy meat is hands-down one of the best in town, while the com­pre­hen­sive and im­pres­sive wine list also makes Lung King Heen a great place to en­ter­tain friends, vis­i­tors and clients; no doubt this is why it re­mains one of the most pop­u­lar Chi­nese restau­rants to see and be seen on Hong Kong Is­land.
