Located within the Galaxy Macau complex (which has no shortage of room), the interiors are spacious and elegant, with every table feeling like a private corner. Staff are helpful without being intrusive and are well taken care of throughout the meal; recommendations are made with enthusiasm yet we do not feel pressured to act upon them. A starter of octopus salad with potato and paprika oil is an exceptional surprise, as the the potato salad and lemon juice foam is unexpectedly elegant in presentation. Each dish is explained in an interesting and engaging way which makes the dining experience truly unforgettable. Topping off the meal with the Terraza tiramisu, we are rewarded with a demonstration with staff making the dessert right in front of us. With a huge selection of wine that include niche and rare bottles from various regions in Italy, this is the place to go if you are an Italian wine lover.
