Telwin to launch new welding software
Telwin, one of the leading manufacturers of welding machines, cutting systems, battery chargers and starters, will launch new software for the welding process later this year. The new software will optimise the welding process and keep up the joining of machines in a perfect manner.

We are going to introduce the new technology software at Automechanika trade fair in Germany. Such new software will optimise the environmental conditions and help maintain the quality of the material. The usual welding process requires high current and temperature, but our new software will control that. We change our software to optimise welding process and maintain the merging of machines and make the work easier for our customers. We will offer our hi-tech products at affordable price.”

The distributors in each local market will supply to the customers. “Currently, we do not have manufacturing facility in India. All our products are manufactured in Italy. We have a small factory in Shangai, China which caters only to the Chinese market. Telwin manufactures only MIG welding and some battery chargers in the China plant. Our company operates through the distributors and in India our distributor is Madhus Garage Equipment Pvt Ltd. who supplies our products all over the country. We supply our products to all the major OEMs in India through our distributor and give training to our distributors regularly. In India, we sell more than 2000 welding machines a month and our customers include Mercedes Benz, Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan, Renault, Ford and Mahindra & Mahindra. We do a lot of product upgradation and have a 10% growth rate. Telwin makes high quality products and sells at an affordable price and is able to give consistent quality products to the customers,” Prasad said.
