EOS opens innovation centre for 3D printing in Düsseldorf
EOS, the world’s leading technology supplier in the field of industrial 3D printing of metals and polymers, has opened EOS Innovation Center Düsseldorf, in Germany. The customer and technology centre offers companies regional support for their 3D printing innovation projects with a wide range of consulting and training services that address key aspects along the entire process chain.

Within a short time we were able to re-design our components, including the targeted development of process parameters.” The Innovation Center has around 1,000 m² of floor space for individualised customer consultation, including a large area with EOS systems for industrial 3D printing with polymer and metal materials. Companies can rent machinery space as well as project rooms. To this the EOS team at the Center offers both consultation and training courses – including specialised advice on designing and optimising the parts to be manufactured, the Additive Manufacturing process itself, and planning of production.
