Sin­ter­com In­dia in­come grows

To­tal in­come of the Pune-based Sin­ter­com In­dia Ltd, one of the lead­ing au­to­mo­tive sin­tered com­po­nents man­u­fac­turer, was at Rs 74.56 crore for the fi­nan­cial year ended March 31, 2018, as com­pared to Rs 65.34 crore in FY17. Sin­ter­com’s earn­ings be­fore in­ter­est, tax, de­pre­ci­a­tion and amor­ti­sa­tion (EBITDA) in FY18 stood at Rs 17.68 crore, as com­pared to Rs 13.11 crore in FY17. The com­pany’s EBITDA mar­gin for FY18 stood at 23.7%, as com­pared to 20.1% in FY17. The com­pany re­ported net profit of Rs 5.45 crore for FY18, as com­pared to Rs 1.27 crore in the pre­vi­ous fi­nan­cial year. Jig­nesh Raval, Mem­ber of Board and Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor, Sin­ter­com In­dia said, “We are de­lighted to post a strong set of an­nual num­bers. The an­nual re­sults re­flect the in­cre­men­tal fo­cus on higher mar­gin busi­nesses and bot­tom line in­crease backed by the strong in­dus­try growth in the auto sec­tor which is grow­ing close to 8%. The strong EBITDA and PAT show the fo­cus of the com­pany on its busi­ness val­ues and this will help com­pany to grow in fu­ture and cre­ate merits for the stake­hold­ers. “

Sin­ter­com In­dia spe­cialises in man­u­fac­tur­ing medium to high den­sity sin­tered com­po­nents for au­to­mo­tive en­gine, pow­er­train and ex­haust sys­tems as well as sen­sor com­po­nents. The com­pany’s prod­uct port­fo­lio in­cludes driv­e­train gears, en­gine sprock­ets, pul­leys, crank­shaft bear­ing jour­nals, trans­mis­sion gears and syn­chro hubs, as well as ABS rings and Sen­sor Hego bosses and flanges.

Sin­ter­com pro­vides high vol­ume, high pre­ci­sion and low-cost com­po­nents, tai­lored to the spe­cific re­quire­ments of the cus­tomers. This is en­sured by lever­ag­ing the in­te­grated man­u­fac­tur­ing fa­cil­ity and ad­her­ing to rig­or­ous qual­ity stan­dards with the sup­port of the ded­i­cated en­gi­neer­ing and de­vel­op­ment cen­tre and in-house well-equipped qual­ity lab.
