New Maruti-Suzuki CelerioX avatar launched

LAUNCHED BACK in 2014, the Maruti-Suzuki Celerio has gotten quite popular since its launch and even sold more than 3,00,000 units since then. In order to increase its appeal, the company has launched a new, more stylish version of the car called the CelerioX. The new version is highlighted by a new Paprika Orange colour and is surrounded by black protective plastic cladding at the front, back and the sides. The front and radiator grille comes in a new design and has also been blacked-out to add to the sporty look. The new theme continues with the blacked-out treatment continuing to the alloy wheels, ORVMs and the B-pillar. It even gets new roof rails finished in black. The CelerioX will only will available in petrol versions, which gets a 1.0-litre engine developing 67bhp and 90Nm of torque. Prices for the car start at Rs 4.57 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base variant of the CelerioX.
