While Suzuki took the prize of being funky, Toyota took the prize for being outrageous. After all who calls its latest concept vehicle Fine-Comfort Ride even though the van like concept is futuristic and powered by a fuel cell. Toyota says that this in future could be “a new form of the premium saloon” by employing a flexible layout unique to electric-powered vehicles and a large amount of available electric power using hydrogen as an energy source. Each wheel that is positioned at the very edge of the vehicle has a built in motor thereby giving the vehicle its unique architectu­re as well as the efficiency of going 1,000km in a tankful of hydrogen which can be replenishe­d in 3 minutes flat.
