Hero X-Pulse

Most will agree that the Hero Impulse was a brilliant bike. But there were two big problems with it. First, it was launched ahead of its time. The second issue was the fact that it was underpowered. Hero Motocorp has now realised that and have showcased the X-Pulse, another ADV bike which will take up from where the Impulse left. It comes with long travel suspension, Metzeler Enduro 3 tyres shod on spoked wheels, bash guard, monoshock rear suspension, LED headlamps and a full-digital instrument panel. Adding to the glitz are the hand guards and optional panniers at the back. Power is expected to come from the same 200cc motor which will be deployed in the soon to be launched Hero Xtreme 200. Price is expected to be under a lakh. Launch? Next year.
