New petrol XUV500

INTRODUCING A new petrol variant for the popular XUV500, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd said that the petrol-powered SUV will be available in a single variant with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Named as the ‘G AT’ variant, the XUV500 petrol automatic will be priced at Rs 15.49 lacs approx and will be available in select cities to begin with. Under the hood, the newly-introduced variant will be powered by a 2.2 litre mHawk petrol engine that generates 140hp (103KW) power and 320Nm of torque. The XUV500 G AT variant also has features like the creep function and manual mode option. Other key features include 7 inch touchscreen info system, logo projection lamp on ORVMs, fullyautomatic temperature control, dual airbags, tyre-tronics, cruise control, ABS with EBD, intelligent light sensing headlamps, smart rain sensing wipers, push button start, passive keyless entry and an 8-way adjustable driver seat.
