HONDA HAS launched the second generation Amaze in India and prices start from Rs 5.59 lakh ex-showroom, Delhi ranging to Rs 8.99 lakh for the top of the line diesel automatic. The new Amaze is based on a completely reworked platform and also features all new design both inside and out. The Amaze will be available with two engine options which includes a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol and the 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel. Both variants will be offered with a choice of manual and CVT automatic transmissions.
Deliveries of the car have already begun from all Honda dealerships across the country. Honda is offering an extensive 3 years, unlimited kilometers warranty on the new Amaze. Customers can also opt for an additional 2 years unlimited kilometers extended warranty.
Honda claims that the new Amaze will come with a rather low cost of maintenance. They are offering a 3 years annual maintenance package with an average cost of Rs 3,500 for the petrol variant and Rs 4,900 for the diesel variant per year. The Amaze is available in four variants with manual transmission which include both petrol and diesel engine options. The E, S,
V and VX will be available with manual transmission variants.
Additionally, the Amaze is also available with CVT in S and V variants in both fuel options.
The Amaze comes in a choice of five exterior metallic colours which include Radiant Red, Lunar Silver, Modern
Steel, Golden Brown and White Orchid Pearl.
