Ducati 959 Panigale Launched

Ducati’s new middle-weight sports bike, the 959 Panigale, has finally landed on Indian shores. The company has launched the bike with a tag of Rs 13.69 lakh (ex-Pune).

The 959, which replaces the 899 Panigale, is powered by a 955-cc L-twin motor, called the Superquadro. This powerful beast produces 157 PS and 107.4 Nm, which is quite a lot considering that the bike weighs only 176 kg (dry). The 959 is packed with features like traction control, engine braking control, various riding modes, electronic quick-shifter and ABS. We rode the 959 Panigale on the Chang International Circuit.
