Chief Executive Officer, Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd

VINOD SAHAY FIRST BEGAN HIS JOURNEY WITH Mahindra Two Wheelers in July 2015 as the firm’s COO, and has only recently received the CEO title. With a firm academic background, including a B Sc (physics) with honours from the Delhi University, followed by an MBA in international business and marketing from Symbiosis, Pune, and a Fulbright CII Fellowship, Institute of International Education, at New York/Carnegie Mellon University Petersburg, USA, Vinod also has a solid foundation in the corporate world; 18 years worth of it, as a matter of fact, including roles in strategy, business management, sales and marketing, product strategy and channel management in the commercial vehicle and car industries. Before joining Mahindra, Vinod was the business head for medium and heavy trucks at Tata Motors.

In his current position, Vinod oversees Mahindra Two Wheelers’ sales, customer care, marketing, export, strategy, product planning, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, R&D, finance, and HR functions, along with providing oversight to Peugeot Scooters, France. Vinod enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and listening to soft music outside his corporate role.
