Farewell, Reliable Commuter

PARTING TENDS TO BE A WRINGER, MORE SO IF THE THING YOU are parting with has proved itself trustworthy for some period of time. Our long-term Honda Livo proved itself just such a trustworthy companion for the duration it was a part of the BI garage. An able and reliable commuter, the Livo stood me in good stead during my daily 26-kilometre-long commute to and from office through traffic that can only be described as hugger-mugger. Ease of ride and handling coupled with a frugal thirst for the golden liquid made the Livo truly reliable and affordable too.

This motorcycle underwent two services at scheduled intervals during its BI stint and those were the only occasions when a visit to the Honda service centre was necessary: nary a hitch or a plaint. Therefore, it’s an unhesitating thumbs-up to the Honda Livo.
