RACE ONE

Saturday’s Super Sport event saw Deepak Ravikumar of RACR stay in third place for most of the race, behind the TVS Racing duo of Jagan Kumar and Harry Sylvester. He hung back till an opening presented itself on the last lap, blew past Sylvester on turn one, then made contact with Kumar at the chicane. Luckily, both riders were able to stay on their machines and the risky manoeuvre paid off for Ravikumar who was just able to cross the line in first place. Less than a second separated these top three at the finish.

RACE TWO

Having lost the lead on the last lap of Saturday’s Super Sport race, Jagan Kumar of team TVS Racing was not taking any chances. He bolted off the line and quickly settled into a comfortable lead over his team-mate, Harry Sylvester. The duo held these positions from start to finish to make it a TVS Racing one-two on the podium, while Sarath Kumar of Honda Ten10 Racing fought off advances by the rest of the pack to clinch the third spot.
