Bridgestone 2015 v Michelin 2016: Track by Track, Corner by Corner
Notes:
T2 is the track’s first left, so front tyre temperature can be too low.
T13 is the second of three fast rights, where the front tyre was overheating.
Note:
T1 is fast with a bumpy entry that unsettles suspension and reduces front grip.
Note:
The T11 hairpin leads on to the back straight; a lot of desperate moves here.
Notes:
T1 is a medium-speed right with a tricky camber.
T11 is a very fast right where it’s easy to unsettle the front end during entry.
Notes:
T6 is a very long right-hander with a downhill entry.
T7 has a downhill, bumpy entry, a bit like T1 at Termas.
Notes:
T5 is a medium-speed, downhill right with negative camber.
T15 is the final turn, so it’s vital to get the maximum drive on to the long straight.
Notes:
T2 is the first left, which suggests the left of the front tyre was too cool.
T10 is a bumpy, downhill left where many overtakes are attempted.
