Mods for Enhanced Performance

You guys do a great job with the magazine. I love the way you review motorcycles. I also like the way you answer technical questions. Today, I want to know something about my bike. I have been a loyal Honda user for the past one and a half decades. I own a Unicorn, which happens to be my fifth Honda two-wheeler. I am somewhat happy with its performance but, since the bike is now two years old, I want to know how I can modify it to gain more performance from it. Please advise me. Siraj Rao, Mangalore

Thank you for your kind words. As for your question, the easiest way to extract more performance from your Unicorn is to fit an aftermarket exhaust. This should result in noticeable performance gain. We would also recommend that you go in for a K&N air-filter, which will help the engine breathe better. These modifications should be enough to give your Unicorn a decent boost in performance.
