A New Benelli Arrives

DSK Benelli have launched their latest fully-faired sports bike, the 302R, bearing a price tag of Rs 3.48 lakh (ex-showroom). It may be recalled that this new Benelli was our cover story last year in August, and now the bike has finally appeared in the showrooms.

In the past one year, Benelli have updated the bike to meet BS-IV emission norms along with a few other changes. The 302R’s 300-cc parallel-twin engine produces 38.8 PS and 26.5 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheel via a six-speed transmission. We rode this Benelli recently. Please turn over to page 110 to know more.

In other news related to DSK Benelli, the company has opened its latest showroom in the city of Mysuru in Karnataka. The entire Benelli line-up is available at this new dealership and it is also equipped with a high-tech service facility.
