We Were at the buddh international Circuit (biC) for the final round of the 20th JK tyre fMSCi national racing Championship. for the final round, in addition to the 155-cc gixxer motorcycles, the fans were treated to the screams and whines of bigger-capacity machines. let’s take a detailed look at what transpired in the 600-cc class which predominantly comprised of triumph Daytona 675s.

RACE ONE

gurvinder Singh was the fastest during qualifying and earned his place at pole with a time of 2:05.083. right behind him were Vijay Singh and anand nagarajan. When the lights went out, racers swarmed towards C1 (first corner), each one trying to make the most of the first corner. however, by the end of the first lap it was evident that the real battle was limited to the top duo of gurvinder and Vijay. although Vijay put up a good fight, by the end of the five-lap race gurvinder had gained that much-needed edge to beat his rival to the finish line. anand was the third man across the line; almost half a minute behind the leader.

RACE TWO

gurvinder rode a brilliant race once again, setting the fastest lap of the race at 2:02.774. unfortunately, he was penalised for a technical infringement and earned a Dnf (did not finish). a focused and consistent Vijay took home a well-deserved first-place trophy. With gurvinder out, anand moved up to second place while Sharat r Shetty occupied the last step on the podium.
