MREI believes in dedicating itself towards imparting Quality Education and guiding students in realizing their aspirations and goals. Career Development Center (CDC) – the learning arm of Manav Rachna gives a clear direction and helps craft the success stories for its students. CDC, equipped to assist students with ongoing solutions, uses a comprehensive psychometric system called the ‘Career Path Navigator’ for career planning and development of students. Career Path Navigator, a milestone on this road uses a blend of artificial intelligence and machine learning with strategic human intervention to help students make the crucial career decision while dispelling their confusions. This test explores the five essentials for a good career – Orientation, Personality, Interest, Aptitude and Emotional Quotient, providing in essence, a rich basket of self information. The result is an analysis of the person’s inner self, hence giving the top three most suitable career options for its takers. The results give a hammering conclusion to the confusion among students as they set about the task of choosing their careers and courses. The Test which is available absolutely free of cost is available through the website www.mrei.mindler.com This enables the students to undergo the Psychometric Assessment lasting 45 minutes. Alternatively, students can drop in at the campus to undergo the Test. “The inability to adequately resolve the decision-making predicament stems from 3 major sources: conditioning in high school, individual temperament, and other external sources. The key to make decisions about future happiness is the use of Informed Intuition, where reason and gut intersect. The Psychometric Test i.e. the Career Path Navigator, is a tool to move in a positive and productive direction, assisting students to make a ‘right’, ‘best’ or a ‘lasting’ career choice,” says Dr Sanjay Srivastava, Managing Director, MREI, who is himself an expert in behavioral sciences. The Psychometric Test assessment by Manav Rachna is a sweepstake for exploring and experiencing the world of work, while devising an action plan and gaining a wealth of information about the self. Since career is a journey through life and a series of paid and unpaid experiences, it is paramount to choose a job one loves.
