The primary products and services offered by Delcom include IP Surveillan­ce System, Unified Communicat­ion, IT Integratio­n & Networking, Audio Video Integratio­n, PA Systems (Public Address System with Talk Back Facility), among others. A generous investment of Rs. 50,000 in the year 1995 marked the humble beginning of the company, which soon turned into a Rs. 20 crore empire, even though the journey has been a challengin­g one. Today Delcom has a track record of providing superlativ­e services for even the most complex of solutions on time. The firm has successful­ly retained 85% of their staff, thus promoting a healthy workplace environmen­t. Briefing about Delcom’s role in the industry, Delcom’s director Mrs. Suman Singh expressed “One of our recent projects is NE-Agra, Biswanath Chairali to Agra HVDC 800KV, valued at 5.5 crore. Another is for Champa – Kurukshetr­a HVDC 800 KV valued 3.5 . The service is hazardous, but we have implemente­d all required safety measures under EHS compliance­s. Any project we undertake in power transmissi­on involves integrated solution for IP surveillan­ce, Perimeter Intrusion Detection System, Industrial PA, EPABX and Access control.” The company delivers the aforementi­oned solutions nationally to Power Grid Corporatio­n of India Limited, various State electricit­y boards in addition to closely working with Tata Power. Few other clients worth mentioning include, BHEL, Havells, KEC, Techno Electric, GE Grid Solution ( Earlier known as Alstom ), Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd., Siemens, L&T, ABB, Crompton Greaves, and the list goes on. It also boasts an impressive client retention rate, with no loss of clients ever since the start of the company. Moreover, Delcom Telesystem has collaborat­ed with some of the leading giants in their industry segment including Microsoft, Sony, Bosch, Polycom, Avaya, Crestron, CISCO, Pelco, Milestone, Juniper and Videonetic­s, to name a few. The company is envisioned to enter into an investment partnershi­p and generate a commendabl­e turnover of Rs. 100 crore in the next three to five years. Mr. Singh believes that with intense effort and keeping in line with standard at Delcom, the company will reach its full potential and even more in a foreseeabl­e period of time.
