Timely delivery is of utmost importance when one is involved in the business of transporta­tion of goods. Manish Logistics (India) is one company which logs this in 85 to 90 per cent of the time in its work. Hence, it enjoys a very good positionin­g in its arena of activities. Says Mr M.P. Sharma, proprietor, of this 2006-establishe­d company, “we also provide services like GPS enabled tracking of our trucks.” This firm is primarily involved in offering trucks and transport facilities all over the country. The real advantage which clients accrue from it is that “we organise for insurance of the goods we transport.” Incidental­ly, this firm, which turned in with Rs 25crore in 2016-17 (a jump from Rs 18 crore of the year before) has a SME rating from CRISIL for its services. Among its lengthy list of clients, some are: Fedex, Aramex, TCIXPS, DAMCO, SSN Logistics/ Delhivery Pvt. Ltd., Speck Systems Ltd. (Hyderabad), A V Agritech Agro Machine Pvt. Ltd. and Nippon Express. As per Mr Sharma, “our basic USP is that we work with good will power and believe in maintainin­g long term relationsh­ips with our clients and customers.” Manish Logistics, at present, has over and above 200 trucks which are Tata ACE, Tata 407-10 ft., 14 t., 17 ft., 20 ft., 22 ft., and 32 ft. models. An aspect which really puts this company in a very healthy space when it comes to business is that “we have an employee retention rate of a good 95 per cent.” As a matter of fact, the company has about eighteen staffers, and one of these handles sales and marketing. Though this business entity does it transporta­tion work all over India, some of the routes which it caters to are: Delhi-Chandigarh, Delhi-Dehradun, Delhi-Kanpur, Delhi-Lucknow, Delhi-Ludhiana, Delhi-Meerut and Delhi-Mumbai. Also, this Delhi-based transporte­r has branches in Chandigarh, Manesar, Coimbatore, Bhiwandi, Bilaspur (HR), Kathua (Jammu & Kashmir) and Ludhiana (Punjab). Mr Sharma, who is full of positive energy and warm vibes categorica­lly states that “we can also provide CNG vehicles and those equipped with password protected containers as well.” The vision and goal of Manish Logistics is “to aim to touch the Rs 100 crore turnover mark within the next half-decade. So also, we hope to increase our fleet to include more than 500 trucks.” The underling fine fabric of work culture which is the engine of this company is to put in 100 per cent dedication in its work and to never, ever give up, come what may.” With such an enthusiast­ic, reliable and trustworth­y ethos and spirit which governs all profession­al nuances, Mr M.P. Sharma and Manish Logistics surely seem all geared up to really excel and reach mind blowing heights in their chosen segment of operations.
