In­spi­ra­tion is a pow­er­ful mo­ti­va­tor. This has been proven time and again. In the case of Ajay Chaud­hary, founder, Te­kno Elec­tro So­lu­tion­sPvt. Ltd., in­spi­ra­tion comes from his late fa­ther, Sh. T.C. Chaud­hary. And, no doubt, this has yielded very good re­sults which are ev­i­dent at this es­tab­lish­ment. Hav­ing the ISO, CE and trade­mark cer­ti­fi­ca­tions, Te­kno Elec­tro clocked in a growth rate oftwenty-five per­cent. Says an ami­able Chaud­hary, “our prime­time USPs are the qual­ity of our prod­ucts, stock avail­abil­ity, ef­fec­tive af­ter sales ser­vice and work ef­fi­ciency.” Some of the main clien­tele of this com­pany in­cludes Royal Hel­ton, Wood­stock School and Mars Hos­pi­tal­ity. Work­ing with a staff strength of twelve peo­ple, Te­kno Elec­tro has two branches, one each in Delhi and Dehradun. Also, it claims to reg­is­ter an em­ployee re­ten­tion rate of more than 90 per­cent. There are six per­son­nel spe­cial­is­ing in the sales and mar­ket­ing func­tions here, three peo­ple man the tech­ni­cal wing and two are ear­marked for re­search and de­vel­op­ment pur­poses. Ajay Chaud­hary who opines that it is “be­lief in one­self and the power of pos­i­tive think­ing which leads to suc­cess,” aims to be­gin op­er­a­tions in the United Arab Emi­rates by 2018. By this year-end it­self, he hopes to set sales in Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan. With such am­bi­tious plans up its sleeve, this Delhi-based en­ter­prise is all geared up for ring­ing in a big-time jump in its in­nings re­ally soon.
