Incidentally, this organisation was set up by the present managing director’s father, Sh. Rajeshwar Rustagi. This was done in the year 1979 with an initial investment of Rs fifty lakh and a piece of land with a building on it. Industrial Paper Convertor has two manufacturing plants, one in Patparjanj (450 square meters and set up in 2006) and another in Sahibabad (381 square meters and established in 2011).
