It is only expertise and experience that facilitates flawless, excellent, and quality-oriented execution. A name worth mentioning in this segment is Golden Edge Engineering. The ISO 9001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 certified agency has been catering to the thermal power sector, executing such complex projects the simplified way since 1970. “Our USP is our extensive knowledge about boilers& it’s auxiliaries like Electrostatic Precipitators, Rotating Equipment, TurbineGenerators & Critical Piping, given our years of experience. International quality standards we follow are accepted globally. We follow all compliances while executing our projects,” pronounces the dynamic Mr. Nizam-ul-Haque, Managing Director. Where there is a will there is indeed a way. This statement well substantiates the entrepreneurial journey of Nizamul-Haque who started Golden Edge Engineering in 1970 with only a few thousand rupees. What started as a proprietorship concern and a sub contractor to various agencies mushroomed over time to emerge as one of the leaders in its industry segment. Mr. Sk. Amaan, a double Master, joined Nizam-ul-Haque in 2004 and together they have been weaving a saga of success in the thermal power sector. “Boiler and turbine erection is one of the most critical of engineering works. NTPC has approved only few agencies across India for this task; we are one of them. Currently, we have around 12 projects under progress concerning different clients. In Orissa & Bihar itself, we have completed 6 projects,” pronounces the charismatic Mr. Sk. Amaan, Director. The agency has also worked in areas where local issues are humdrum. Mr. Amaan says that we here in Golden Edge believes “Where there is a threat, there is an opportunity” forthe firm. So, we have been rightly working in the same line & with the same thought. We maintain project management’s sensitivity to the requirements of interfacing with the local community. Golden Edge Engineering happens to be the only agency from Bihar to be in the mainstream contractual jobs in this particular segment.
