67% customers keen to use Jio as secondary SIM: BAML survey

A survey by Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), has said 67 per cent customers are keen to use Reliance Jio as a secondary SIM and 24 per cent may look at using it as a primary SIM if the quality is good. BAML conducted the survey of 1,000 mobile users to understand their behaviour and preferences and the issues they face with mobile service. The survey was done after Jio’s September 5 commercial launch of services.
