PM concerned over taxpayers’ grievances

Concerned over the large number of grievances being expressed by taxpayers, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday directed officials concerned to ensure speedy resolution of the issues. The issue came up during his monthly meeting of Pragati (Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation), an ICT-based multimodal platform for reviewing progress of projects, and other matters through the prime minister's direct interaction with top officials of the states.
