IDFC Alternatives to buy Punj Llyod’s 3 solar projects

IDFC Alternatives has agreed to acquire Punj Lloyd Infrastructure’s three solar power projects for an undisclosed amount, the infrastructure fund company said on Monday. The deal is expected to be complete once the requisite approvals and customary closing conditions are met.
