GACL celebrated its annual day

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited, a Company promoted by Government of Gujarat had started its commercial production at Vadodara plant on 19th October, 1976. Accordingly, GACL celebrates “19th October” as its Annual Day every year. This year, GACL celebrated its Annual Day on 19th October, 2016 at Vadodara and Dahej complexes by organizing various sports events and blood donation camp. As a part of the celebration, a “Blood Donation Camp” was organized at Vadodara Complex jointly with Jalaram Blood Bank, Vadodara on 19th October, 2016. Shri P.K. Gera, IAS, Managing Director of the Company inaugurated the Blood Donation Camp at Vadodara Complex and also donated blood. More than 90 employees of Vadodara Complex have participated for this noble cause by donating their blood. Employees of GSFC Ltd. have also participated in this noble event by donating blood.
