Lavasa panel submits report to Jaitley

A high-level committee headed by Finance Secretary Ashok Lavasa, tasked with examining the Seventh Central Pay Commission’s recommendations on allowances, submitted its report to Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday.
